Responsibilities:

• Monitor budgeting and policy formation, contributing to future strategies.

• Research and resolve issues, providing recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain all disaster recovery plans and oversee testing for new applications.
• Engage team members through local staff forums, presenting important updates.

• Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and safeguarding the firm’s reputation.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• PMP Certification, MBA, and relevant business licenses.
• Experience with financial products and knowledge of competitors' offerings.
• Advanced strategic understanding of the function within the business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
