Responsibilities:

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements.
• Resolve high impact problems through complex business evaluations.
• Provide expertise in advanced application programming and adhere to architectural designs.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Serve as an advisor to mid-level developers, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risks related to business decisions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in App Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in software application programming.
• Project management experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Expertise in at least one area of Application Development.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
