Role Details

This is an SDR to AE Development Role: a sales leadership training program where you will work directly with our founder, who has personally trained hundreds of SDRs and developed many into AE and leadership roles. The training is done-with-you, not done-for-you — you'll be on the phones daily, receiving real-time coaching.

Everyone who works here begins as an SDR. No exceptions.

Compensation Structure

Compensation is 100% performance-based: commission only, with no guaranteed salary. Representatives who consistently meet production targets can earn $10,000+/month through commission once ramped, with no ceiling on earnings.
