Our company Scout AI is an early-stage tech startup company working at the intersection of hiring, upskilling, and productivity. Our mission is to maximize human potential by helping companies get more work done, and by helping engineers connect with meaningful job opportunities. We are a small and mighty team led by Christian Arredondo and Daniel Hernandez based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Texas. We have several paying customers and recently raised our round of pre-seed funding from world class investors at Neo, where we are participated in their 2024 accelerator program. About the role We have several projects ranging in scope between a few days to 1-2 weeks, mainly focused around: AI chatbots -- create/modify chatbots that do engineering workAI agents -- create agents that make it easier to work with structured dataVector search -- improve the way we search and match engineers and companiesOur initial product is built using a TypeScript stack on Microsoft Azure (NextJS, MongoDB, Docker, GitHub, OpenAI).
