As An Applications Engineer You Will

• Develop distributors and manufacturers on technical support on the full range of Copeland products and their applications.
• Provide technical support and follow-up to the commercial activities of the Copeland components and services sales team throughout the Region.
• Propose integrated solutions involving compressors, controls, electronics, and other Copeland products and services to equipment manufacturers and end users.
• Generate and manage technical information and documentation related to the selection and application of compressors, controls, accessories, and electronics.
• Generate and update application profiles describing the technical characteristics of compressors, controls, accessories, and electronic devices applied by manufacturers and end users.
• Make technical recommendations for the selection and application of components.
• Provide field support in the commissioning of commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, monitoring systems, and energy efficiency equipment using Copeland technologies.
• Ensure product quality and perform warranty processes for Copeland components applicable in air conditioning systems and commercial refrigeration.

Requirements

• Career in Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Over 3 years of experience in the refrigeration sector.
• Background in technical support and project management.
• Experience in lecturing and technical training, especially in refrigeration applications.
• Skilled in managing technical personnel.
