Key Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Issue Resolution: Handle escalated tickets through practical troubleshooting combined with AI validation.

What You Will Not Do

• Spend excessive time learning systems; expected to gain proficiency in multiple products within the first month.
• Depend on managers for assistance; self-sufficiency is crucial.

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical role, able to construct REST API calls and interpret JSON.
• Experience with generative AI tools.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Available for full-time work from 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM UTC.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with API troubleshooting tools like Postman.
• Ability to troubleshoot across various technology stacks.
