About Risk and Quant Solutions (RQS)

Risk and Quant is one of the fastest-growing practices at Evalueserve. As a team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology-proven solutions. You would solve banking challenges and improve decision-making with award-winning solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide application support for end users of banking applications, managing access and troubleshooting issues.
• File and test bugs/improvements using the JIRA platform.
• Create and maintain scripts for automated processes.
• Provide flexible support during US business hours and for off-hours events.
• Create and maintain documentation across different platforms.
• Promote efficiency and productivity in processes.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• SQL knowledge and scripting skills (Python, Powershell).
• Experience with Linux and ITIL platforms.
• Good communication skills and time management abilities.
• Continuous learning orientation and preferred knowledge of ServiceNow.
