Role Overview

We are aiming to recruit software engineers across Latin America for a paid remote AI training program. In this role, you will review and evaluate AI-generated code, assess AI responses for accuracy and quality, and create coding challenges to enhance AI model performance. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for software engineers looking for project-based, asynchronous work. No previous AI experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code generated by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Assess AI responses on key criteria, including correctness, instruction compliance, and overall quality.
• Create original computer science questions and coding challenges to assess AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies in AI-generated code using defined guidelines.
• Deliver clear, constructive, and structured feedback to enhance AI outputs.
• Adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

• Cloud development experience is welcome, whether at junior, mid-level, or senior capacity.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in full stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering field.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must have legal authorization to work in one of the following locations:

• Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Belize, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Compensation

• Earn up to $34 USD/hr — base project rate with added performance incentives averaging 7.5%.
• Payments are made weekly through supported platforms (like PayPal or AirTM).

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.
