The Position:

The O&M Manager is a key role reporting to the Director of Technical Services. This position involves developing O&M-specific programs, leading a team of engineers, and engaging with customers to ensure high standards of service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage PV solar and BESS plants, ensuring effective O&M operations.
• Develop and mentor service engineers and sub-contractors.
• Foster team collaboration and creativity.
• Ensure proper training and resources for the O&M team.
• Oversee vendor negotiations and performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 years of overall experience, with 5 years in management.
• Experience in solar inverters or battery storage products.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation.
• Experience in the solar or battery industry is required.

Travel:

• 40% travel may be required.

Work Location:

• This position can be remote or local (Santiago).
