Role Purpose

The DART team enhances decision-making by maximizing data analytics capabilities, facilitating project delivery on-time and on-budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Analyze and understand business requirements in business intelligence.
• Create visualizations and reports in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.
• Develop dynamic online reports using SQL and BI tools.
• Maintain dashboards connected to multiple data sources.
• Prepare data for analysis and respond to reporting requests.
• Document data algorithms, parameters, and models.
• Deliver high-quality reports for operational leadership.

Decision Making and Influence

• Make decisions on the best technical approaches for implementation.
• Utilize knowledge to create solutions that meet service delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
