Introduction
We are seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst, Chile to join our Consumables Logistics SAM team. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing complex logistics activities for mining consumables such as screening media, wear liners, pumps, and mill lining components. This role supports production, warehousing, and transportation teams by managing higher complexity shipments, guiding logistics processes, and serving as a key point of contact for internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of supply chain and logistics experts dedicated to optimizing warehousing and distribution processes, who are passionate about driving reliable delivery performance and continuous improvement across logistics operations. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Manufacturing Plants, Customer Service, Procurement, Planners, HS&E, and logistics carriers and vendors.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate the release and shipment of goods once production, fabrication, or picking is complete.
- Manage complex inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation.
- Track and monitor deliveries to various destinations.
- Serve as an escalation point for logistics questions.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP systems.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues.
Who You Are
- Degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineer, Logistics or related field.
- 3 years of experience in logistics or related operations.
- Ability to coordinate shipments involving large and specialized components.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and logistics KPIs.
