Job Purpose

• Coordinar y asistir en las actividades Administrativas y operativas relacionadas con el área Logística y de Maquila, garantizando la base de datos de información, Interpretar los datos sobre los elementos logísticos, tales como la disponibilidad, facilidad de mantenimiento, fiabilidad, gestión de la cadena de suministro, la gestión estratégica de abastecimiento y distribución, el proveedor y el transporte.

• Responsable del proceso de planificación de los productos a acondicionar
• Programación de Maquila
• Creación Códigos Material promocional (proveer de variables logísticas al Operador Logístico)
• Pruebas físicas nuevos pack con operador maquila y MKT,
• Determinación de variables y materiales para nuevos Empaque - packs,
• Preparación de formularios necesarios para el proceso de acondicionamiento QA- Regulatorio.
• Generar órdenes de proceso Documental y Revisión de Lotes disponibles en Sistema SAP
• Revisión y conciliación de documentos de acondicionamiento para entrega a QA
• Informe de proceso y avances de maquila
• Coordinación de transporte para envíos a acondicionamiento y retiros desde el maquilador
• Reporte de stock productos maquilados
• Revisión en programación de maquila, cambios y consideración de urgencias
• Manejo materiales para acondicionamiento
• Control de abastecimiento de materiales para reempacar
• Cotización de materiales de Empaque.
• Compra materiales de empaque.
• Seguimiento ingreso de materiales de empaque.
• Coordinación de Ingresos Importados y desde el maquilador
• Prioridades de ingreso con área de recepción
• Prioridades de Liberación
• Conciliación de stock diaria entre SAP y WMS
• Análisis Inventory Compare (Diario de lunes a viernes)
• Análisis Interfaces y correcto funcionamiento
• Ajustes (faltantes, sobrantes,)
• Verificar y analizar KPIs
• Revisión de facturación Maquilador
• Soporte en actividades con el Operador logístico (consulta de lotes, paletizado especial para clientes, códigos discontinuados, Reportes)
• Inscripción CATE - Portal Cámara de comercio
• Inscripción registros EAN13- DUN14
• Actualización de maestras
• Coordinación destrucción de Productos
• generación de formulario de unidades a destruir y de Declaración de desechos
• Coordinación de transporte
• Solicitar aprobaciones
• Segumiento Cierre de ajustes en SAP Mov 555
• Enviar certificado de Destrucción
• Cierre procesos SAP.
• Generar reprote para cambio de fechas recepcion IBD Abiertas en SAP ( SemanaL)
• Generar reporte de Ordenes Abiertas OBD Sap ( Facturacion. MM, Subcontracting) según corte diario
• Generar órdenes de Compra en SAP - Proveedores
• PO Materiales de empaque
• PO Maquila Perilogistics
• PO Distribucion, Almacenamiento, Maquila y otros TW
