Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a talented AI Generative Specialist to join our remote team.

As an AI Generative Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of multimedia projects, transforming ideas into high-impact scripts, visuals, and videos through advanced AI prompting.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize advanced prompts for text, image, and video generation using platforms such as Grok, ChatGPT, SORA, Midjourney, Veo, Gemini, Artlist, Higgsfield, Rundown, and other major generative AI tools.
• Develop story concepts, narrative arcs, and scene breakdowns for AI-generated multimedia content.
• Create structured prompts that control style, mood, lighting, framing, pacing, character consistency, and emotional tone.
• Build and maintain a prompt library / knowledge base of reusable templates and best practices.
• Collaborate on the creation of content for social media, YouTube, websites, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client needs and brand standards.
• Review and refine AI outputs, ensuring visual and narrative consistency, and flagging or correcting typical AI issues (distortions, inconsistencies, off-style outputs).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI tools, techniques, and workflows.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience working with generative AI platforms with a solid portfolio of AI-generated work.
• Strong prompt engineering skills: able to write detailed, structured prompts that produce consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Excellent visual storytelling ability with a keen eye for composition, mood, and audiovisual impact.
• Ability to think in scenes and sequences, not just single frames, with an understanding of pacing and narrative flow.
• Possess a can-do attitude. Proactiveness is a must.
• Highly adaptable and Able to follow instructions with precision.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut) is a considerable plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
