Role Overview

We are offering a paid remote AI training program for software engineers across Latin America. In this role, you will review and evaluate AI-generated code, rate AI responses for accuracy and quality, and write coding challenges to enhance AI model performance. This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for engineers seeking project-based, asynchronous work. No prior AI experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy and efficiency.
• Rate AI responses for correctness, instruction-following, and quality.
• Create original computer science questions and coding challenges.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies in AI-generated code.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI responses.
• Adhere to project guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering (junior, mid-level, senior are all welcome).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in full stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or other engineering disciplines.

Eligibility Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in one of the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Belize, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Compensation

• Earn up to $34 USD/hr with performance incentives averaging an additional 7.5%.
• Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms like PayPal or AirTM.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and asynchronous with a flexible workload.
• Access to AI tools valued at over $200/month included at no cost.
