About The Role

Neurons Lab is looking for a senior AI Enablement Trainer to deliver an AI Adoption Programme for a US mutual fund administration firm. This all-online programme includes half-day workshops over 6-12 weeks on Claude Enterprise and Claude Cowork.

Objective

The goal is to deliver the AI Adoption Programme end-to-end, ensuring teams develop Claude skills relevant to their fund-administration workflows.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Adapt the curriculum to real artifacts collected during assessment.
  • Deliver workshops to a non-technical audience with varied AI familiarity.
  • Design hands-on exercises to build Claude skills using participants' own documents.
  • Teach staff to extend their own workflows post-workshop.
  • Run office-hour sessions for follow-up support and question triage.
  • Coordinate with governance/platform engineer for consistent content.
  • Collect feedback and make necessary adjustments for future sessions.
  • Escalate engineering-grade opportunities to the account team.

Skills

  • Strong live facilitation and presentation skills for non-technical professionals.
  • Practical fluency with Claude tools and ability to build skills live.
  • Capability to decompose workflows into AI-assisted processes.
  • Effective communication of AI limitations in a regulated environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills for client interactions.

Knowledge

  • Experience in financial services, particularly fund administration and asset management.
  • Understanding of safety concepts for regulated firms.
  • Familiarity with current AI tooling, including Claude and SharePoint integration.

Experience

  • 5+ years in designing and delivering corporate training.
  • Experience enabling AI/GenAI in banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
  • Track record of building AI-assisted workflows used by non-technical teams.
  • Public-facing experience supporting senior-level AI expert credibility.

Terms

Format: project-based / freelance; Allocation: ~6 sessions over 6-12 weeks; Time zone: must overlap US business hours; Location: remote; Start date: target September 2026.
