About RoverPass

RoverPass is a fast-growing startup in the hospitality and travel industry, providing cutting-edge reservation and operational solutions for RV parks and campgrounds. As we scale, we're looking for AI Automation Engineers and Workflow Automation Developers with hands-on experience using tools like n8n, OpenAI APIs, and chatbot frameworks to help us automate internal processes and optimize business performance.

What You’ll Do

As part of our AI & Automation initiative, you will:

• Design and implement workflow automations to streamline repetitive tasks in customer support, finance, HR, and marketing.
• Build and deploy chatbots that integrate with our internal systems and tools (CRM, databases, forms, etc.) to guide users or perform actions automatically.
• Set up LLM-powered assistants (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) to automate operations like data processing, email generation, form parsing, or customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify use cases, build low-code automations, and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
• Ensure proper integration of AI tools with existing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, DigitalOcean).
• Explore and test different AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Deepgram, AssemblyAI) and RPA solutions when relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in workflow automation using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI APIs, especially OpenAI’s GPT models, and how to integrate them into workflows.
• Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or agent-like workflows that interact with users or process backend actions.
• Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys).
• (Bonus) Some scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for advanced customization inside n8n.
• (Bonus) Experience working with CRM, ERP, ATS, or Helpdesk platforms.
