Requirements
- Exceptional English Proficiency: Fluent in speaking, comprehension, and writing, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills: Demonstrates empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills, ensuring each customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Skilled at handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling customer inquiries, updating CRM systems, and following up on pending cases without compromising accuracy or quality.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening skills, able to quickly understand customer needs and convey information in a clear, concise manner. Builds rapport with customers and provides consistent, personalized service.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with call center software, CRM tools, and general computer skills to efficiently navigate systems and retrieve customer information promptly.
- Goal-Oriented with a Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on meeting and exceeding performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- $1.,047.000 CLP gross monthly for a 44-hour workweek (includes base salary + legal bonus over 25% taxable with a cap of 4.75 IMM), equivalent to approximately $850,000 CLP net (net salary will depend on social security laws and/or deductions).
- 100% on-site.
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- From the second half of October to the first week of May, work is only Monday to Friday; the rest of the year is Monday to Sunday.
- Since we provide Customer Service to users living in the United States, we operate under the EST time zone (currently there is a time difference of +2 hours; that is, 8:00 AM in the USA is 10:00 AM in Chile).
- We offer our collaborators a 10-day training, which will be on-site at our Santiago Centro offices (steps away from the Universidad de Chile metro), and will be compensated with $3,000 CLP gross per day.
