As an Agency Lead, you will develop and nurture relationships with top agencies in Chile and Peru, becoming a trusted advisor and leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success. You will build strong relationships, understand agency challenges, and help them utilize Google's products effectively, shaping the future of advertising in the AI era. Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with executive clients and stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and marketing objectives. Analyze effective levers to increase business for accounts and develop strategic plans to drive momentum. Align Google, agency, and client imperatives, educating agencies on core products and innovations. Drive the strategy and execution of partnership plans to optimize business for Google and enhance agency capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years in go-to-market, business development, or digital advertising. Fluent in English and Spanish. Preferred qualifications 10+ years in account management, sales, or marketing, with leadership experience. Experience in online ad sales, business development, marketing, or consulting sales.
