Aftersales Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for building the local after-sales team and establishing processes to ensure the efficient operation of the team for passenger vehicles.

2. Coordinate and manage all after-sales sectors within the jurisdiction market, including but not limited to maintenance services, customer complaint handling, parts management, among others.

3. Understand and communicate the various policies and tasks issued by the headquarters, ensuring that team members accurately grasp and effectively implement them.

4. Monitor and evaluate the quality of after-sales service, develop improvement measures, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Regularly organize and analyze after-sales service data, report work progress and existing problems to headquarters.

6. Organize and conduct after-sales service training to enhance the team's professional skills and service level.

7. Coordinate internal and external resources to solve major problems encountered during the after-sales service process.

8. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with local partners and clients, and establishing good cooperative relationships.

Qualifications

1. More than 10 years of work experience in the automotive after-sales industry, and more than 5 years of team management experience.

2. Possess good communication and language expression skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

3. Possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to maintain efficient work under pressure.

4. Possess strong organizational and coordination skills as well as problem-solving abilities, able to coordinate and manage all after-sales services within the jurisdiction.

5. Familiar with the automotive after-sales service process and relevant laws and regulations, with rich experience in after-sales service management.
