The main purpose of this role is to focus on the development of new dealers and also to conduct service clinics, DOS, commercial policies, among others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the DOS audits.

• Improve the CSI of the MG network.

• Conduct service clinics and prepare the payments and reports.

• Develop opportunities to increate the quantity of MG dealers across the country.

• Manage the commercial policy, reports and payments of the dealer network.

• Provide monthly reports with the current status of each dealer, CSI, FRFT, spare part purchases, among others.

• Work closely with the contact center and marketing agency, supporting them on all issues related to aftersales.

• Other work assigned by the Aftersales Department and the Company.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-years’ in automotive aftersales area.

• Fluent spoken/written English needed.

• Work experience in auto industry preferred.

• Good command of basic office software.

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree required.

This is a junior/specialist position, all applicants above this level will not be considered.
