Job Summary
This role provides essential administrative, data, and operational support across the school’s Advancement efforts, including development (fundraising), alumni relations, and outreach and enrollment activities.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, or related fields).
- Professional fluency in English required; professional fluency in Spanish, preferred.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with databases required. Knowledge of development database preferred (eTapestry or Raiser’s Edge).
- 5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Data Management & Financial Operations
- Database Management: Oversee the integrity of donor and alumni records, ensuring data is accurate and actionable.
- Gift Administration: Manage the end-to-end gift processing lifecycle—from entry and acknowledgement to financial reconciliation with the Business Office.
- Reporting: Generate strategic data pulls and fundraising reports to track progress toward institutional goals.
Programmatic & Event Logistics
- Event Management: Provide the "behind-the-scenes" logistics for community and alumni events.
- Nido Scholars Support: Serve as the administrative point of contact for the Nido Scholars program, managing reimbursements and logistical needs.
- Outreach Coordination: Provide administrative support to the recruitment and enrollment efforts.
Administrative Support & Outreach
- Departmental Finance: Manage daily financial tasks, including payment requests, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Executive Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including research, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
