Role Overview

As our Ads & Analytics Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize performance-marketing campaigns across multiple ad platforms while pioneering the use of AI tools for ad creation, targeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Powered Creative & Targeting
  • Generate ad concepts and assets with leading AI creative tools; experiment, iterate, and scale the winners.

  • Campaign Management
  • Build, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns in Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels to hit cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and ROAS targets.

  • Analytics & Attribution
  • Implement robust GA4 and platform-level conversion tracking; craft dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights.

  • Data-Driven Strategy
  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations on budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative refresh cycles.

  • Collaboration & Client Advisory
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and select clients to align advertising with broader growth objectives.

  • Continuous Learning
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI advertising tech, privacy changes, and platform best practices—and share that knowledge with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 + years running ROI-positive digital ad campaigns.
  • Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads; bonus points for programmatic or LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, AdCreative.ai, Jasper, Performance Max creative automation) to boost performance.
  • Deep knowledge of GA4, conversion APIs, and attribution modeling.
  • Analytical mindset; fluent in spreadsheets and data-visualization dashboards.
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex metrics into business impact.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Analytics, or related field preferred; relevant certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics) strongly valued.
