We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team based in Arica or Vallenar, Chile. The role involves ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations applicable to the project. Your Role Will Include: Ensuring accurate delivery of information for payroll processes of project personnel sent to the central office team. Guaranteeing correct onboarding of new project personnel (transfers or new hires). Ensuring proper offboarding of Mytilineos staff from the project, coordinating with the HR team at the central office. Ensuring all project personnel are properly accredited. Assisting with booking and issuing transportation and accommodation when required. Controlling project visits in compliance with established requirements (communication with security). Updating information in the accreditation platform for new staff or updates. Monitoring contractual compliance by contractor companies under Law 20.123. Reporting weekly on active staff, new hires, and departures as requested by contractor companies. Supporting recreational and leisure activities to improve workplace atmosphere. Supporting initiatives that promote worker well-being and departmental recognition. Communicating monthly birthdays and supporting celebration activities. Reviewing and reporting attendance control data relevant to payroll processes. Managing the delivery and receipt of IT equipment for project staff, ensuring compliance with company IT procedures. Adhering to and enforcing the Internal Work Regulations (RIOHS). Proper use of assigned personal protective equipment during activities. Performing other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Role: Preferably a degree in administration or HR management. Ability to work onsite in Arica or Vallenar. Minimum of 3 years experience in HR management, labor relations, and related processes. Knowledge of labor legislation (Law 16744, Law 20.123, etc.).
