Requisition ID: 283797 Relocation Authorized: NoneTelework Type: Full-Time Office/ProjectWork Location: SantiagoJob Summary: In this role, you will be required to provide a variety of specialized administrative support within departments and projects through research, complex analysis and coordination. Assignments involve semi-technical subjects. Coordinate administrative activities and use office automation tools. You can direct the activities of others. Coordinate and supervise the flow and quality of work within the assigned area. Major Responsibilities: Preparing reports and studies of an analytical nature, such as organization planning and workload forecasts.Helping prepare the overhead budget and monitoring financial and service activities against approved budgets.Performing special assignments as requested.Preparing or providing input to daily work planning and/or performance reviews.Providing administrative input regarding the design, implementation, and enhancement of automated systems, and keeping abreast of advances in relevant office automation technology, equipment, and software applications.Helping implement automated document management systems within assigned project/department.Organizing material for meetings, presentations, and training sessions, and participating in the development of presentations.Assisting in personnel activities, such as employment, policy formulation and administration, compensation administration, and employee development, by conducting specific studies, research, and analysis.Helping coordinate furniture and space allocation, space planning, and needs, such as telephone, word processing, and mail service.Interviewing, recommending the selection of, training, and planning and scheduling activities for clerical and other support personnel, and informing all concerned personnel of any improvement/waste reduction in work processes.Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience, and an associate degree or related technical training preferred. Required Knowledge and Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to extract, compile, and analyze non-technical and semi-technical data for complex reports.Demonstrated knowledge of all administrative functions.Ability to provide direction to other personnel.Ability to monitor and control department overhead budgets and financial reports.Knowledge of Bechtel's organizational structure, functions, and procedures.Operation of Bechtel standard computerized systems and other information transmission systems.Total Rewards/Benefits: For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of engineers and beyond!
