A global organization in the life sciences industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its Finance team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing, international environment supporting global clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and distribute accurate, timely invoices based on project milestones and contract terms.
• Manage invoice submissions via multiple platforms (email, web portals, etc.).
• Maintain accurate billing status and documentation for a global customer base.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Development, and Contracts teams to ensure all billing inputs are aligned.
• Assist with collections follow-ups for past-due accounts as assigned.
• Ensure invoice packages and supporting documentation meet customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain and update customer master data and electronic billing records.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of accounts receivable or billing experience, ideally within a global or shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of billing/accounting concepts and hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).
• High attention to detail with solid organizational and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or related field preferred, but not required.
