Accounts Payable Analyst Role

Support our Finance team by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, expense reports, and related accounting activities across our LATAM operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and service fee receipts.
• Review and record employee expense reports.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals.
• Monitor advances and employee funds.
• Control corporate credit card expenses.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax withholding and VAT regulations.
• Support reporting, analysis, and accounting activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or Oracle preferred).
• Availability to work onsite in Renca.
