Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and service fee receipts
• Review and record employee expense reports
• Prepare weekly payment proposals
• Monitor advances and employee funds
• Control corporate credit card expenses
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with tax withholding and VAT regulations
• Support reporting, analysis, and accounting activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Detail-oriented and highly organized mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or Oracle preferred)
• Availability to work onsite in Renca
