How You'll Make an Impact

As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Latin America), you'll unlock the full potential of Cloudbeds' financial capabilities for our Latin American hotel customers. Working directly with clients and their accounting teams, you'll navigate end-to-end accounting configuration from chart of accounts mapping to ERP integrations.

Our team operates at the intersection of hospitality and technical execution, solving real financial challenges faced by hotel operators. We collaborate closely with various departments and take pride in connecting customers' financial needs to Cloudbeds.

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience configuring integrations between hotel PMS and accounting or ERP software.
• In-depth knowledge of Latin American fiscal and e-invoicing compliance.
• Strong communication skills for engaging directly with hotel clients.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Comfort with SaaS platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to trace data flows and troubleshoot issues.
• A background in hotel operations is a bonus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation is valued.
