We are a leading company seeking an Accounting Coordinator to oversee the proper management, control, and recording of all accounting operations. This role is key to ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and financial regulations, while providing reliable and timely information to support strategic decision-making. We are looking for a professional who can optimize processes and lead our accounting team toward efficiency and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Supervise and ensure accuracy in accounting records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Guarantee compliance with IFRS accounting standards.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

  • Coordinate and oversee tax filings and fiscal obligations.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors.

Internal Controls & Processes

  • Design and improve accounting and internal control procedures.
  • Implement policies to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop the accounting team, assigning responsibilities and evaluating performance.
  • Encourage continuous training in accounting standards and tools.
  • Promote a culture of transparency and accountability.

Strategic Support

  • Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
  • Participate in budget planning and performance monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading an accounting department.
  • Strong knowledge of current tax legislation.
  • Advanced Excel and SAP skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
