🚨 We’re hiring: Accounting and Taxation Specialist / Supervisor

CTS International is a leading logistics company, providing a full range of services including freight forwarding, projects, contract logistics, warehousing, and supply chain trading.

Are you an experienced accounting and taxation professional ready to take on a strategic role in a growing company with international operations?

At CTS Global Logistics Chile, we are looking for a highly skilled Accounting & Taxation Specialist with 5+ years of experience (preferably in multinational and Chinese business environments) to lead critical financial and tax processes while ensuring full compliance with Chilean regulations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Ensure full tax and legal compliance in Chile (SII, IVA, Renta, DTE, statutory reporting)

✅ Manage electronic invoicing, legal accounting books, and official tax documentation

✅ Handle tax filings, audits, inspections, and tax planning

✅ Perform full-cycle accounting and month-end/year-end closing

✅ Prepare statutory financial statements under Chilean standards (IFRS)

✅ Supervise cash flow, bank reconciliations, and liquidity management

✅ Lead financial planning, analysis, and cost control

✅ Identify and manage financial and tax risks

✅ Prepare bilingual financial reports and liaise directly with our Headquarters in China

✅ Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders

Requirements:

🎓 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Chilean Contador Auditor highly preferred)

🧾 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation

🌎 Experience in multinational companies (Chinese companies is a strong plus)

📊 Proven experience with SII filings, tax inspections, and statutory reporting

💼 Strong knowledge of Chilean tax law, IFRS, IVA, Renta, and DTE processes

💬 Advanced English required | Chinese is a plus

🧠 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure

📍 On-site position in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile

🕒 40 hours per week

• Mon - Thu: 09:00 - 18:30
• Fri: 08:30 - 16:30

🍽️ 1 - hour lunch break
