Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will manage the full client lifecycle, ensuring high engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This performance-driven role requires analytical thinking and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Drive retention by monitoring engagement and mitigating churn risks.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead strategic account reviews with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Relationship Management.
  • Experience managing recurring revenue accounts (SaaS, subscription-based).
  • Proven track record in account retention and expansion.
  • Experience with mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
