Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will manage the full client lifecycle, ensuring high engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This performance-driven role requires analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Drive retention by monitoring engagement and mitigating churn risks.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead strategic account reviews with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Relationship Management.
- Experience managing recurring revenue accounts (SaaS, subscription-based).
- Proven track record in account retention and expansion.
- Experience with mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
