Overview of the role:
The Account Manager will oversee the full client lifecycle, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This position focuses on managing international accounts, strengthening strategic relationships, and delivering measurable value through proactive account management and data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Monitoring account health and mitigating churn risks through proactive engagement.
- Identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolios.
- Leading strategic review meetings supported by performance data and action plans.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B relationship management.
- Recurring Revenue Models: Experience managing SaaS, subscription-based, or retainer accounts.
- Retention & Expansion: Proven track record in driving account growth and reducing churn.
- Portfolio Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a structured manner.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging mid- to senior-level stakeholders, including HR leaders, managers, directors, and founders.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
