Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping to continue building out and growing out the commercial Food business and client base. Provides customer education and consultation on Food services. Must have an established background of interacting with and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts with a range of complexity.
• Identifies and provides input to process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with external customers
• Knowledge in Food safety management systems such as GlobalG.A.P. and ADDS like GRASP, FSMA, SPRING is a plus
• Experience developing or tracking customer satisfaction elements
• Ability to Monitor and Manage Key customer account effectively
• Experience with process mapping and/or developing new workflows with internal teams.
• Ability to Mentor others, work with a diverse group with different communication style
• Clear written communication, Presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented precision is required.
• Knowledge or history developing and/or utilizing a robust Customer Management System.
