The Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist II is responsible for advancing software quality procedures, developing and executing test plans, and enhancing automated testing systems in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, AB.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform automated and exploratory testing across the deployment lifecycle.
• Establish and improve automated test coverage while monitoring diverse test suites.
• Embed quality validation in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments.
• Promote high software quality standards and contribute to engineering process improvements.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• BSc or above in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in relevant QA roles with a focus on SaaS and Cloud testing.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD workflows.
• Drive to work effectively within a diverse team.
