Account Manager
As an Account Manager based in Antofagasta, Chile (this is a remote position ), your primary focus will be supporting sales and margin management. You'll contribute to growing our presence in the mining industry and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the region. You'll build solid connections with current and potential clients. Additionally, your commercial skills will enable you to collaborate on adopting market best practices, backed by an international team. You'll also participate in initiatives, operational plans, and budgeting within the Bradken Global Sales team.
Driven by your interest and potential in sales management and technical knowledge within the Mineral Processing Division , you'll be a key client contact. Your customer orientation will be vital for representing our comprehensive lining solutions (steel and hybrid) for SAG, Ball, and other critical mills, helping clients achieve their operational goals. You'll participate in strategic meetings, lead impactful presentations, and support technical demonstrations that highlight the value and innovation of our solutions.
Collaboration will be important as you interact with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure client needs are met. Your attention to detail will allow you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, supporting our technical sales efforts.
This role requires occasional travel to high-altitude mining sites, so maintaining good physical health is recommended.
Key Selection Criteria
- Experience in mineral processing, composite mill lining, or associated markets.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or related systems.
- Experience in a concentrator plant and in positions with direct contact with mining clients.
- Experience and/or knowledge in steel, hybrid/rubber linings.
- Class B driver's license.
- Intermediate English (preferable but not a requirement).
This role will be based in Antofagasta, Chile. (Remote - Home Office) - Apply by July 13th!
