Account Leader

Role Description:

Lead long-term, sustainable, profitable growth for key accounts (globally). This role is based in Chile, with potential for local and international travel.

Individual Accountabilities:

  • Develop and Implement Account Strategy:
    • Lead development of client account strategy aligned with market sector strategies.
    • Prepare account plans translating strategy into concrete objectives.
    • Understand regional market trends in mining, energy, and infrastructure.
  • Client Development:
    • Anticipate clients' requirements and maintain updated decision-making roles.
    • Drive overall growth in client account plans and develop a strong network.
  • People:
    • Create a positive team culture aimed at high performance and growth.
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Coordinate Arcadis' visibility at industry events.

Key Shared Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Global Sector and BA Sales teams to determine client strategy.
  • Implement new business models and support marketing strategies.
  • Expand relationships within BA teams for maximum client impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record in developing sales strategies to grow client accounts, with strong leadership capabilities to inspire multidisciplinary teams.

  • Demonstrated senior client developer experience.
  • Ambitious mindset with a strategic focus.
