What You'll Do
- Lead the charge in generating new business and managing a dynamic sales pipeline for Uber Direct's last-mile delivery solutions.
- Drive prospecting and outreach activities to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams-like Operations and Product-to design customized logistics solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Share the value of Uber Direct with prospective clients, highlighting its operational advantages and scalability.
- Use CRM tools to track progress, refine sales strategies, and consistently hit or surpass sales targets.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, with a track record of driving results.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting and outreach, including cold calling and lead qualification.
- Comfort with sales tools and platforms like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRMs such as Salesforce.
- Background in selling logistics solutions or experience in last-mile delivery services.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or dynamic operational solutions.
- Experience in account management, client implementation, or working with businesses across SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise segments.
- A solid understanding of technology-driven service platforms, particularly in logistics or eCommerce fulfillment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret data, prioritize key issues, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Effective use of the dataset to support conclusions and craft a compelling narrative.
- Commercial Competencies: Proficiency in stakeholder management, sales lifecycle, and negotiation.
- Proactivity and Research: Evidence of curiosity and understanding of merchant operations and the logistics landscape.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive presentation style.
