Descrição Do Cargo
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of assigned clients within the Northern territory of the country to achieve the designated sales plan. This includes generating profitable UPS revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing clients. The SAE analyzes customers’ current supply chain needs to design effective solutions and promptly respond to customers’ requests.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the portfolio by developing new business and existing clients to meet established sales targets.
- Develop strategies aligned with the objectives to drive growth to the territory.
- Oversee and maintain an accurate sales pipeline across all phases of the sales cycle.
- Analyze customer needs to build and present tailored proposals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating issue resolution and directing them to appropriate support channels.
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent - Required
- Postgraduate studies - is a plus
- 1-Year proven sales experience
- Logistic or transportation experience - Preferred
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Must own a vehicle and have driver’s license
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Microsoft Office skills
