BCforward is seeking a Tier 3 Senior Support Analyst to support a pharmaceutical Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the USA.

Job Details

Duration: Consulting - 2 months with potential for extension
Working Hours: Saturday/Sunday - day shift; Mon-Wed - 4 PM to Midnight (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Triage and resolve complex Tier 3 incidents in the MES ecosystem.
• Perform technical troubleshooting across various system layers.
• Coordinate escalations to appropriate teams and document resolutions.
• Create and manage Problem Records, conduct RCA, and recommend preventive actions.
• Support Change Management and document execution results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain systems, preferably MES.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools for incident management.
