As we expand, we're seeking passionate and qualified affiliates to join our team.In this role, you'll provide one-to-one digital therapy through video consultations. You'll use evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and SFBT to support clients in managing the unique psychological challenges they face in their work environments. You'll be an integral part of helping professionals in the online content industry build resilience and cope with stress.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one remote counseling sessions to address a variety of psychological and emotional issues.Implement short-term, solution-focused interventions like CBT, ACT, and SFBTAssess and manage clinical risks, ensuring the well-being of clients.Maintain timely, clear and accurate case notes and track session data.Maintain clear and timely communication with the clinical team.Stay informed about the latest developments in Trust & Safety to ensure best practices.Experience & Qualifications Required Master's degree in the field of Psychology or Psychotherapy. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.Registered with Registro Nacional de Prestadores Individuales de Salud.Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy is a plus. Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST) preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Strong data management and administrative skills. Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
