Job Description: Performance Marketing Analyst I As a Performance Analyst I, you will be integral to the optimization and execution of our marketing campaigns. Designing and executing high-performing ad campaigns, you will play a key role in driving conversions and revenue. This role demands a data-driven mindset and a passion for campaign performance. You will be working within the Performance Team — a new team within WP with huge potential for growth. The Performance Analyst I will: Own Paid Media Campaigns Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other possible relevant paid channels (e.g., Spotify, streaming).Create and manage audiences, budgets, and bid strategies.Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring KPIs are met and optimizing as needed. Drive Strategy & Insights Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creative and audience combinations.Analyze campaign data and bring actionable insights on audiences, formats, and creative approaches.Collaborate with the team to expand into new paid channels. Optimize Resource Allocation Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through CRO initiatives.Align with Creative and Content teams to deliver optimized assets. Reporting Provide regular updates on performance, including metrics like CTR, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, ROAS. Qualification The successful candidate will demonstrate marketing expertise, grit, a proven track record of success, and an entrepreneurial mindset. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.Proficient in designing, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms (e.g. Spotify, Snapchat, streaming).Understanding of marketing funnels and user acquisition.Strong English proficiency is a must. Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, but not required.Knowledge in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva — to better understand and optimize user journeys.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
