Liaise and maintain an open line of communication with various departments, including Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution. Monitor pipeline and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Resolve title issues, such as secured liens and/or judgments, unclear ownership of the property, and other related issues that prevent the clearing of titlePrepare affidavits and request payoffsEnsure that all title issues are cleared in a timely manner and that documentation is valid and accurate.
