We are looking for a Chilean Sales Manager to be responsible for the sales of marine engines, generators, gearboxes and other related products in Chile. The job location is in Santiago, Chile. The sales manager will be responsible for the Chilean person in charge, and the regional manager will be responsible for the final evaluation of the work. Key Responsibilities： 1. Responsible for the sales of Weichai marine engines, generators, gearboxes and other related products and accountable to the regional manager. 2. Responsible for investigating product demand, customer information within the jurisdiction. 3. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction. 4. Complete the company's training and learning requirements, master Weichai products and policies, and be able to provide product training to customers. Basic requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engine or mechanical design is preferred; 2. More than three years of experience in marine machinery sales; 3. Be familiar with the basic structure and working principle of engines, generator sets and gearboxes; 4. Have certain knowledge reserves of electronic control systems; 5. Strong communication skills, customer service awareness and market sensitivity; 6. Candidates who can communicate fluently in English and have a basic knowledge of Chinese are preferred; 7. Proficient in using office software, especially Excel, PPT, etc.
