A traineeship at Ultranav is a 14-month intensive program that combines both theoretical and practical training. As a trainee, you will follow a structured learning path delivered in-house by our team — with a special emphasis on Tanker Operations — along with external training through specialized shipping programs. The theoretical training combines in-house sessions with e-learning.
