In this role, you will be responsible for the success of our expansion in the Chilean market overseeing all aspects of the business, from launching, and developing, to managing the distribution of Truecaller's services in Chile.What do we expect from you:10 years or more experience in management in an international business settingA Master's degree, MBA, or other relevant fieldsBackground in enterprise sales and enterprise sales managementExperience, navigating complex partner, ecosystemsSavile with financial metrics and managementProject and program management skills to achieve KPIs and OKRsExperience living overseas for an extended periodExceptionally well-organized and driven by successAbility to thrive in high-pressure situationsOutstanding negotiating skillsAnalytical thinker with superior problem-solving skillsTrack record of data-driven strategic developmentDecisive and committedA natural leader who inspires and motivates those around themWhat will you work on:Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in-countryNegotiate with vendors and service providers needed for the expansion of Truecaller's servicesCollaborate with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and servicesConduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possibleCollaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out our servicesBe a student of the culture and have an evolving, acute awareness of customs and mannersSynthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and developmentNetwork effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationshipsWork to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintainedAdapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identityMentor direct reports, especially regarding our values and visionContribute to the overall global success of TruecallerWe will fill the position as soon as we find the right candidate, so please send your application as soon as possible.
