Role Description This full-time, on-site Architect role is based in Elkins Park, PA, 19027. The Architect will focus on designing and planning building projects while ensuring they adhere to client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include drafting detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with clients and project teams, conducting site analyses, and ensuring structural integrity in designs. The Architect will work closely with Project Managers and supervisory staff to oversee project progress. Qualifications Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and construction methodsStrong collaboration and team leadership skills to work effectively with project managers, supervisory staff, and clientsKnowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirementsProficiency in architectural and design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar toolsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsAbility to prioritize and meet project deadlinesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Isa plus but not mandatory.
