About the Role As Billing Manager, you will lead billing and collections across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. You will optimize systems like NetSuite and Sequence to reduce errors, standardize processes across regions, and adapt to both local tax regulations and specific customer compliance requirements. You will also serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries, partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve issues, and deliver insights that strengthen cash flow and decision-making. You will: Manage end-to-end billing operations across different countries and subsidiaries, including USA and LATAM countries such as Brazil, Colombia and Mexico among others.Manage collections process and be first point of contact for invoicing and collections related inquiries from clientsOptimize billing systems - NetSuite, Sequence - and processes, to improve efficiency and reduce billing errorsEnsure invoicing according local tax regulations in the different jurisdictions where the Company operates What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well!
