What You'll Do For Us Ensures business results and alignment with the Stills Operations and the Bottler. Oversees operations in the territories of bottlers, supervising all operational issues across the franchise. Leads the growth agenda of the Bottler operations aligned with South Zone strategies. Manages strategic, operational, and stills commercial projects involving the bottler. The role reports functionally to the Stills South Zone General Manager to maximize practices and business opportunities.Responsible for achieving business growth in Bottler by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within multi-channels and the KO System.Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company's vision, with strong internal and external connections, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with agile and effective decision-making.Manages the day-to-day operations of the franchise, including marketing, commercial, and financial aspects. Leads localization of plans; monitors key indicators to achieve the Stills BP objectives (e.g., share, transaction, revenues, volume); leads communication concerning priorities, programs, market issues, and performance; executes strategies with bottling partners; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities.In partnership with the Bottler in certain territories, manages projects from concept to launch, establishing business systems, procedures, and KPIs.Develops processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation.Identifies market insights, risks, and opportunities, communicating them effectively to marketing, commercial strategy, and innovation teams for consideration in current processes.Collaborates with other regions and international peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.Manages a team comprising one Director and one Senior Manager.This role covers 3 countries (Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay) involving 5 bottlers.Experience Minimum of 10 years within the KO System and OR Industry. Preferably with marketing, stills, and commercial experience.
