What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Traffic Tech Expertise: Good understanding of modern traffic counting systems (e.g., LiDAR, video analytics, IoT sensors) and their integration into urban or commercial ecosystems. 🔹 Systems & Networking Mastery: Strong grasp of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking protocols to ensure robust, secure data flow. 🔹 Database Wizardry: Proficiency in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting MS SQL and MySQL databases—because clean data is the backbone of smart decisions. 🔹 Troubleshooting Superpowers: A knack for diagnosing and resolving technical gremlins—fast. You don’t just fix issues; you uncover root causes and prevent future fires. 🔹 Customer-Critical Mindset: Ability to translate technical jargon into actionable insights for clients, ensuring their operational success. 🔹 Proven Track Record: 5+ years in technical support roles, preferably in traffic tech, smart cities, or IoT-driven industries.
