Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a background in Computer Science or EngineeringAt least 5 years experience in installing, upgrading and configuring applicationsStrong understanding of web technologies and the components of web-based applicationsExperience in some middleware products such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss EAP, IISExperience in container platforms such as Kubernetes,DockerExperience with Redhat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms on CloudExperience in Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems; configuration, implementation and administrationExperience in platform components such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Keycloak, Elasticsearch, OpenSearchExperience in database platforms such as MS SQL Server, OracleExperience in NoSQL databases such as Redis, CouchbaseExperience in failover, high availability, disaster recoveryGood knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities on connectivity issues due to firewall, load balancer, proxy, and othersExperience in monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, DynatraceKnowledge of Change, Incident and Problem Management processes, ITIL certificate is a plusExperience in scripting, programming and automationAviation experience is a plusGood command of written and spoken EnglishStrong customer services and problem-solving skillsHighly results-oriented and brings a dynamic energy to the teamHaving no obstacle to travel domestic and international Key Responsibilities: Provide services and infrastructure operations to support internal and external customers in terms of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external, COTS and our software productsInvolve in on-site implementation projects of our software products (Installation, configuration, maintenance, training)Prepare and update project documentationPerform routine and periodic upgrades and maintenance activities of our software productsInvolve in preparing solution design&architecture with the solution architecture teamPrepare and submit operational and performance reports for the customersImplement and maintain scalable and reliable systems infrastructureDevelop and implement automation tools and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasksMonitor system performance and identify potential issues proactivelyInvestigate and resolve system failures and performance bottlenecksCollaborate with development teams to ensure application reliability and performanceIdentify, evaluate and implement improvement areas for the services and platforms we operate and ensure the necessary coordinationServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters,Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships,Develop new business opportunities with present customer requirements and company capabilities,Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits,Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and partners,Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders,Adapt to changing business environment and priorities by complex problem solving and conflict resolution,Undertake other duties/projects assigned What can we offer you?
